With the majority of our sales likely to come from online I think we need to have a really good online marketing strategy to help draw and attract customers and I think this was one area I hadn't really spent much time on.

Life Coaching and Career/Studies
Prior to being coached I was caught up in the issues that were part of my everyday life. Some so simple as hanging on to the anger of a bad day, to thinking of giving up on study that was seemingly too hard.
Karynes' approach was professional and confident, so I felt comfortable with her. Her coaching helped me to break down the challenges that I faced and give me a new perspective, to make the issues very manageable. Karyne was great at allowing me to talk things through. Her coaching helped me to identify what the real issues were. Then, with new beliefs and understanding I could move forward in life.
The coaching I received has led me to continue with the study that seemed too hard, for now it is achievable. For the first time I did not give up on something because it was too hard.

Life Coaching and Personal Empowerment
To start with I found coaching a little intimidating, because I made statements without 'evidence'. I quickly came to realise through questioning, that I was the 'source', not anything or anyone else. I was surprised how much talking I would do, rather than my coach. It felt rather selfish at times, but coaching is focused on the 'coachee'.
Now I see everything as an 'inside-out' (I) approach, rather than an 'outside-affect' (them) approach. It is really about responsibility. I have learned and continued to be reminded that 'life' can be 'made', starting from our own thinking patterns.
I really thrived on the encouragement, and the belief my coach had in my capabilities. It was a very liberating experience. I am using the principles that my coach applied to me, myself.
Life really is what YOU MAKE of it. Coaching really is common sense - thinking, planning, executing and evaluating. Then repeating with next goal...

"I first met Karyne Ang in AMR Interactive back in 2006. Though I didn't get the opportunity to work with her, I am aware of her commitment and strong dedication when it comes to completing client projects and managing different teams. She is an achiever! I first met Karyne as a fellow coaching student, and had the privilege of listening to one of her coaching sessions with another fellow student. I could really hear the positive results from that particular session - and subsequent sessions - and I also wanted to gain from her coaching style.
Karyne's style is very personable and positive with the ability to build rapport quickly. She is also able to identify potential areas of exploration or development easily and move towards addressing those areas with a range of coaching skills together with an ability to empathise and understand the 'bigger picture'. Career Coaching
Working as a designer part time and receptionist part time, I was struggling about making a decision to do fashion design work full time. I am financially dependent on my reception work to pay bills, and started to find my design work not as rewarding as it use to be.
I found Karyne useful because she asked questions that revealed negative emotions that I had attached to my work. I knew these, but did not know how to improve them, and yet was stuck in indecision.

Life, Career and Relationships
The main areas of
coaching would have been around my work and my personal life, such as dating
and the type of person I could see myself with. We also discussed things like
working on my current relationships to make them better.
I think prior to coaching, I was happy with my life, but I didn't realise that I lacked direction and I was not aware of exactly what I wanted in life. I also didn't realise that there were things in my life which I thought were small and that didn't bother me, could actually have a large positive impact on my life when resolved.
During coaching, I was better able to identify exactly the type of job I wanted, the type of relationship that I wanted and also my goals in life and what made me happy or the type of person that I am. Documenting all of these things also gave me much greater clarity.
I guess one important moment was working out my current relationship did not suit me and it was very easy to work that out after the perceptive questions that Karyne asked me and that I was forced to ask myself. By breaking off that relationship quickly, I saved myself and the other person a lot of time and energy that would have been wasted. I guess it was about breaking patterns, I have also thought of myself as someone who had long term relationships only, but it made me realise that if I wasn't getting what I wanted, then breaking it off was the right thing to do.
The biggest difference is the fact that I understand myself and my needs and wants a lot better! I also have a process for being able to make a decision now, which is something that I previously didn't have. Documenting your reasons also helps a lot when trying to make difficult decisions, which is something I haven't done before. It is a lot easier to follow a pattern of reasoning when it is clearly thought out and written down on paper.

I really enjoyed the coaching process, Karyne is warm and inviting and easy to talk to. I never felt that she was intruding, nor did she make me uncomfortable with any of her questions. This can be difficult as some of the issues we discussed were very personal. I think overall, she is the type of person who everyone can relate to and come to with their problems.
I loved the fact that we wrote everything down, so now I have something to go back and look at when I require more evidence on my life.I think the time you gave me was great. We had long sessions, which really allowed us to explore all topics very thoroughly.

Life Coaching
I first decided to undertake life coaching as a mechanism to help me achieve my full potential. Day to day strains can really have a cumulative affect on us without us realizing. A minor instance in our younger years could have effects we don't even know of or have never realized.
Life coaching was a way to understand myself, where I want to be in life and how to achieve that.
Having worked with Karyne for over a year I felt she was a perfect mentor in allowing this to happen. I knew she would be objective, directive and of course understand the confidentiality of our sessions.
I am halfway through our program and already finding the effects to be worthwhile. With little, achievable and meaningful goals planned for each week, the impact has been fruitful.
